Heriberto Brito. Monte Plata. On 29 and 30 July, the Dominican Red Cross left formalized in the town of Monte Plata and the borough of Chirino, committees Prevention, Mitigation and Response (PMR) Municipal, pursuant to the mandate of the law 147-02 grampian country pork on Risk Management.
The first event was held in the auditorium of the City of Monte Plata, and was representing the major local institutions as they were: City Hall, Government, Police, Fire Brigade, Civil Defence, Public Works, the Ministry of Education and Public Health grampian country pork as well as the local Red Cross. Later, he concluded with the formation of committee Chirino, where the institutions themselves grampian country pork were personified, but locally.
The process was led by Teofilo Marmolejos and technical assistance of the expert Candy E. Martinez, both of the Dominican Red Cross, who warned grampian country pork of the need to promote community participation in the management of risks involved in the process to organizations community associations or organizations that support the work of communities; relocation of human settlements at risk, environmental management grampian country pork or post-event reconstruction; as the stable one considering law 147-02. The whole process went into full harmony and the institutions represented pledged to work on the committee with the view specified to prevent, mitigate, and if necessary give answers.
