Girls Love 2 Run

A while ago I participated in a vegetarian cooking class Sanne Vega with Flair. On her Web site contains delicious dishes. On Facebook, I saw that they had made a Turkish lasagna grampian properties and she said that the recipe on its website state. Did the recipe slightly adapted because I had other ingredients in the house. The lasagna before it goes into the oven Turkish Vegetarian lasagna for one person grampian properties yufka (Turkish pastry leaves for sale at the Turkish supermarket) grampian properties 1/2 zucchini 3 large tablespoons of peas from the freezer Cottage cheese Olive oil 2 tablespoons turmeric (also for sale the Turkish supermarket) 2 tablespoons garlic powder 2 tablespoons cumin Cut the zucchini grampian properties into thin round slices and fry in olive oil in an anti-stick pan. Sprinkle the herbs over Bake until the zucchini are delicious golden. Grease on the dish with oil and remove the yufka from the packaging and cut it to the size of the baking dish. Then start stacking; the first puff, then a layer of zucchini / peas, then a layer of cottage cheese (I used a spatula to spread it all) and stack until the dish is full. Add some fresh coriander before adding the last piece of puff pastry. Spread a little olive oil over the top layer of puff pastry and place the dish in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about half an hour. This is such a great basic recipe so you can vary enough. Watch out; the puff pastry is quite salty so you need to add any more salt.
Serve the lasagne with a green salad and add some balsamic over the salad. grampian properties Sanne regularly vegetarian cooking workshops at her home. A fun activity to do with your friends / family. grampian properties I'm definitely going to follow a workshop at her! Do you often cook vegetarian and what do you prefer?
