Research in science and technology has been the mainstay of many developing countries. Mexico has been unable preserving meat to integrate preserving meat into society because our scientific knowledge model is poor. However, despite such strategic needs, the horizon of science and technology in Mexico faces a strong level of structural preserving meat lagging behind other nations preserving meat and the challenges that must be addressed.
