Prepare: 400ml Greek / plain liquid yoghurt 250g lean / cottage cheese 150ml milk (or yogurt) 1 bag of ground white gelatin sweeteners in an amount which replaces 75g sugar 1 vanilla pod or 4-5 drops of extract Soak gelatin with 5 tablespoons of cold water and leave to swell. Mix yogurt, lowfat cheese, sweetener and vanilla. Heat the milk (yogurt) almost to boiling and stir in him swelling preserving meat gelatin. Stir with a whisk to dissolve gelatin and remove from fire. Gently stir in the milk mixture into yogurt and cheese mixture and pour into glasses or bowls.
