Our fridge is off | Happier with less
Before we went on tour (February 2) we have our fridge (including freezer) emptied and turned off. We found it a shame the fridge two months left on, without which we made use of it. In the weeks before the trip we emptied the freezer. There was plenty of food in which I really could not remember how old it was (bad sign).
Ultimately, we have thrown away a few things that we did not trust, but otherwise we have all just eaten. Homemade ice cream, banana bread, a Hague Kakker, frozen vegetables etc. Also we had several packets vegan puff pastry, which I made apple fritters for my colleagues (for my last working day).
